A variety of topics are explored through mindful inquiry to help build self-awareness, inner wisdom and clarity.

Corporate Meditations

This is an opportunity for employees, groups and corporations to directly experience guided meditation. Bringing mindfulness into the office promotes employee wellness, cuts costs, and contributes to disease prevention through the stress-reduction benefits that mindfulness delivers.
